The rooms here have everything you need including large windows, a comfy double bed, and even champagne for a wonderful stay. The service is top-notch, and the food is absolutely delicious.

Its location was very central, a short walk to Christmas Market.

We stayed at a hotel ideally located near the main shopping area. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of delicious options. We enjoyed using the fitness room and other leisure facilities during our stay. In terms of negatives, there was one frustrating aspect related to the parking arrangements. we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay with friendly staff and good amenities. We would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great leisure facilities.

The location here is beautiful, not too far from the historic area, my room was nicely arranged with big windows, a double bed, and a cozy brown carpet.

Perfect and fairly clean hotel, the staff is caring. The units were well-equipped with brown shagy carpet. Also, the location is unbeatable and stunning, minutes from a historic quarter. When I am in Strasbourg, I like staying here.

This hotel is an absolute gem in the heart of a beautiful historical city. The location couldn't be more perfect, with the Cathedral and great restaurants just a short walk away. The staff here are friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The attention to detail in the rooms, from the luxurious linens to the Hermès bathroom amenities, was simply outstanding.

Fairly clean hotel, I enjoyed caring stuff. My room was well-equipped with giant tub, the sofa bed plus a good shower, and the check-out was late. The breakfast was extensive and delicious and the parking was onsite. This was my fine stay on holiday.

The staff is friendly and helpful, with special mentions to Mrs. Mariam and Mr. Mathieu for their assistance in itinerary planning and train reservations. The room is spacious and well-kept, offering a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast with the best croissants, and the downtown location provides easy access to the cathedral and petite France.

The center of Strasbourg is a few minutes from the hotel. It is a perfect location for exploring the city. Lovely, cozy and quiet room. Very comfortable beds with smooth linens and heavenly comforters. Excellent and attentive staff. The desk clerk gave us great information and helped us find the best chocolatier in town. The Restaurant Goh was superb and a welcome alternate to the heavy Alsatian fare of the local restaurants.
